As President of Locums Choice, Josh directs all sales, marketing and operations for the company. Previously, he was Director for Healthcare IT Leaders, a consulting and workforce solutions firm serving hospitals and health systems. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Business Development for Locum Leaders, a high-growth physician locum tenens firm, now part of AMN Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S.
Josh began his career in staffing with Jackson and Coker, a Jackson Healthcare company. He holds a B.A. from Elon University.
Will is a veteran of healthcare staffing with over 20 years of professional experience. Previously, he was the founder and CEO Locum Leaders, a high-growth physician locum tenens firm, now part of AMN Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S. Prior to that, Will was a Partner and Vice President at LocumTenens.com, a Jackson Healthcare company. He holds a B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
Bob is a founder and co-founder of several successful healthcare and IT consulting and workforce solutions firms, including Healthcare IT Leaders, PAC Leaders and Run Consultants. Previously, he was a co-founder of Locum Leaders, now an AMN Healthcare company, and founder of B2BWorkforce, acquired by Vedior, now Randstad. In 2017, he was named to the Staffing 100 list of the most influential executives in the Staffing industry.
Bob has a BBA in Business from the University of Georgia.
As the Director of Recruitment for Anesthesia, Katy oversees the recruitment team and is responsible for the successful placement of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs. With a strong background in healthcare recruitment, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Katy previously worked at LT.com, where she gained extensive knowledge in recruitment, and more recently, at DRW Health Care, where she specialized in recruiting for Anesthesia and CRNA specialties. Her expertise and leadership make her a key asset to the team as she continues to build and expand recruitment efforts in the OB/GYN space.
In her role, Stephanie manages credentialing, licensing and travel along with all customer care and operations for Locums Choice. Previously, Stephanie worked at Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens managing privileging, licensing and provider relations. She is a graduate of Georgia College and State University with a B.S. in Public Health.
In her role, Jen recruits OB/GYN Physicians for locum tenens roles. She has 20 years of Recruitment and Delivery Management experience in the IT Consulting and Staffing industry. Jen holds a BA in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida.
In her role, Heather recruits, screens, and interviews Providers for locum tenens roles. She has over 20 years of Sales & Recruitment experience in the locums industry. Heather joins Locums Choice from PRN Physicians, and has also held Account Management & Leadership roles at MDA & LocumTenens.com
In her role, Madelyn (“Maddie”) recruits, screens, and interviews physicians for locums tenens roles. She joins Locums Choice from America’s Car Mart, where she was an executive assistant. She is a recent graduate of the University of North Alabama with a Bachelors of Business Administration.
In her role, Chloe is responsible for the successful placement of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs. Chloe joins Locums Choice from DRW Healthcare and AMN.
Suzan manages credentialing and operations for Locums Choice. Previously, she was a Financial Professional at Wealth Wave, and before that, an Operations Coordinator for Locum Leaders, an AMN company. She is a graduate (BA, English) of Georgia College and State University.
In her role, Paige manages travel for Locums Choice Providers and assists with credentialing and operations. She joins Locums Choice from her role as an Office Manager for a Dental Office and prior to that she was a Benefits Agent at Aflac. Paige is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a degree in Business Management.
In her role, Gatlin recruits, screens, and interviews Providers for locum tenens roles. Gatlin joins Locums Choice from Cintas where she was a Sales Representative. Gatlin is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a degree in Marketing.
In her role, Tess builds trusting relationships with hospitals and health systems to understand and support their locum staffing needs. She joins Locums Choice from Locum Leaders, an AMN company, where she was also a Business Development Manager. Prior to that, Tess held roles in account management and recruiting for national physician staffing companies. She is a graduate of Agnes Scott College.
In his role, Ryan develops strong partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and medical groups to better understand their locum tenens needs and provide effective support. He joins Locums Choice from DRW Healthcare and AMN. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
Sergio builds relationships with Locums Choice clients and ensures the highest level of satisfaction.
Most recently, he was a Legal Service Intake Coordinator. Sergio is a graduate of Southern Adventist University where he earned a BBA.
In her role, Hope recruits and screens Providers for locum tenens roles for our recruitment team. Hope joins locums Choice from AMN Healthcare. She is a graduate of Valdosta State University.
Natalie manages billing for Locums Choice. Previously, she was Assistant Comptroller for Exact Direct, where she managed accounting and billing functions for multiple divisions. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University.
As an Accounting & Operations Specialist, Jen supports our finance and operations functions. She has 20+ years of healthcare experience and graduated from SUNY Brockport with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration.
As Chief Financial Officer, Tom directs all budget management, financial reporting, and accounting for Locums Choice, and its sister companies, Healthcare IT Leaders, PAC Leaders and The Crevalle Group. His 20+ year career as a finance executive spans several successful IT staffing and consulting firms, including B2BWorkforce, a Randstad company. He holds a BA, Accounting from the University of Alabama.
Alex brings over 25 years of healthcare marketing experience to Healthcare IT Leaders. He was previously VP, Marketing at Express Scripts. He has also held management roles at multiple venture-backed startups, including drugstore.com, where he shared a U.S. Patent for site functionality.
He holds a BA, Journalism from the University of Georgia and an MS, Communications from Miami University of Ohio.
Mark Parker brings over 25 years of software development and IT support experience to Healthcare IT Leaders. He currently oversees all technical operations and budgets, including local, remote, and vendor provided resources. He holds a BA from the University of South Carolina.
Susan Galbreath oversees all HR functions including hiring, compliance and benefits administration. Previously, she was Director of Administration for Locum Leaders, and before that, the Director of Finance for Ballard Designs. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
As Controller, Joe Lepore oversees and directs financial activities, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. He is responsible for analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and providing strategic financial guidance to leadership.
Lindsey Albright has over 13 years of Payroll Management and Operations experience in several sectors of business and payroll operating systems. Previously, she was an Accounting Manager at Alex Roush Architects, and before that, Operations Manager/Bracnch Administrator for Randstad Technologies, where she managed various aspects of onboarding, including background checks and expense management. She holds a BA, Political Science, from Georgia State University.
